Behind The Mic started as a simple idea: conversations happen every day, but many of them are never truly heard.
Through years of working across different cultures and situations, we’ve come to realise how much of life exists in the spaces between words. Some conversations are light, some are difficult, and some stay with us long after they end. These moments shape how we see people and how we understand the world around us.
Behind The Mic is not just a blog or a podcast. It is a space for real conversations, real experiences, and stories, shared not by one voice, but by a growing community of people who believe these stories matter.
This platform was created to bring those voices forward.
