I'm an OPI+VRI

The company charges clients a premium.
I get paid per minute - and only when someone is talking.

If there’s silence, I don’t get paid.
If a call drops, I don’t get paid.

I once stayed logged in for 6 hours and made less than minimum wage.

But they still expect perfect accuracy, no mistakes, no delays.

Sometimes I feel like a machine they turn on and off.
