I got yelled at for doing my job...
Caller was already angry before the call even started.
I introduced myself properly.
He said: “I don’t need you, just translate.”
Then he kept interrupting, shouting, blaming me for delays.
I stayed professional the whole time.
After the call, I just sat there in silence.
No one checks on you after calls like that.
yeah, it happens a lot with OPI than VRIs, sometimes I do wonder if they do that because knowing we cant see each other or they were really angry.
As a OPI VRI hybrid, I do get rude clients on video too, but same goes to LEPs.

Ouch, sorry you went through that. Personally, I have not experienced it before, but I can imagine and understand how that felt.
We always have to act normal...right after something heavy, we're expected to sound normal again...not easy
